My quick and easy vegan + gluten-free Vanilla Waffles are a mouthwatering yet healthy, whole food dish. Sweet tones of vanilla and cinnamon simmer into the air setting the perfect morning scene for your tastebuds.
I purchased this ceramic, flip Belgian Waffle Maker from Presto and have loved it ever since. It doesn't have Teflon or require any oil; in fact, it strongly discourages using oil due to the ceramic plates. In 4-6 minutes, waffles are ready to be devoured, depending on your desired crispiness.
Toppings for Vanilla Waffles
Get creative! I poured organic PB powder mix overtop with berries; I think wild blueberries warmed in a saucepan would hit the spot, or you can go with plain syrup. Growing up, we always spread jam over pancakes and waffles, which I still default to liking the best.
The featured image was shot with an exposure time of 1/125, ISO 2000, and f/6.4 on my Fujifilm X-S10 at 28mm for any photography friends out there. I set up my tripod and used a remote to capture the image while I poured! I enjoy learning all the new skills that come with understanding my camera and capturing incredible shots to share here.
